Mr. Biggers, presently serves as Chairman and Founder of H2V Capital Partners. H2v was formed by Mr. Biggers in 2002 to leverage relationships established over a very successful professional carreer. Mr. Biggers has 25 years of senior executive management experience to major U.S. companies with markets in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Asia. In 1998, Mr.Biggers co-founded Dekor, Inc to provide consumers with the first total solution for home décor projects from design through merchandising, sourcing, and project installation. Dekor raised approximately $65 million in a private placement of financing to fund the opening and operation of five stores, a service center, and systems development. The investors were strategic retail companies from the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Biggers served as Chief Operating Officer of The Maxim Group and President of the Retail Group. The Maxim Group was America’s largest retailer and franchiser of flooring products in the U.S. Mr. Biggers also led a successful $100 million secondary stock offering.
From1995 to 1996, Mr. Biggers was recruited to the Home Depot to become General Manager of the Expo, a division of The Home Depot and was involved in retail development and management of the Expo Division with stores in California, Georgia, Texas, and New York
From 1988 to 1995 Mr. Biggers was an operating partner with Hancock Park & Associates, LLP, a Los Angles, California based management buy-out firm. While at Hancock Park, Mr. Biggers was President & CEO of some of Hancock Park’s portfolio companies that included retail companies in the pool supply, lighting retail/wholesale business, ceiling fan and lighting manufacture, outdoor furniture, home fitness retailer and construction business.
From 1973 to 1988 Mr. Biggers was with Hanson Industries, PLC, in the U.S division which was the largest manufacturer of residential and commercial lighting in the U.S. Mr. Biggers held various positions including vice president of manufacturing North America, Director of distribution, Director of National Sales, Human Relations Manager, and Systems Project Manager.
Mr. Biggers maintains residencies in Atlanta, Georgia and Los Angles California.
